Easter weekend

Well Easter weekend has come and gone in the blink of an eye...
I at least managed to get in some good miles this weekend. friday i did a good 130km on the road bike with two mates Wayne and Lee. Was a good ride with apparently a bit of TT to Ballito, with a quick breakfast and then a nice steady ride home.
Saturday we hit the dirt, i love these days as i get to put he Merida 96 through it's paces...love it! We rode out in the back of Illovo on some fun but wet trails. After the ride we shot up to PMB to check out some real MTB at the World Cup, what an afternoon of racing...was amazing to see. Unfortunately our main man Burry had a bad day in the office and suffered with carshes (which he seldom does) and technical problems.

Easter Sunday i took super easy and bearly moved of the couch, besides a little walk on the beach.
Today (Monday) i rode the Tour Durban route with the Marty's cycles bunch. Was awesome to ride the route before next weekends race, which is going to be crazy!

Well as i mentioned next weekend is the Tour Durban, I'm racing in the Cat1 on Sunday's road race and am going to give the MTB race a good go on Saturday... Going to need some good legs this weekend!
